Mr. Rahimulah has a double master’s degree in Finance and MBA from university of Western Sydney (Australia) and brings along 13 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, private equity, Advisory sell and buy side, consulting, Capital raising, Investment analysis, financial risk methodologies and budgeting.

Mr. Rahimullah is experienced in creating investment / acquisition deals, mergers & acquisitions, negotiating minority and majority equity investments, fund-raising (equity and debt), business restructuring, valuation, due diligence and legal documentation, and management oversight and reporting.

Prior to his tenure in Dimah Capital Investment Company in the capacity of a Senior Investment Manager, Rahimullah was a Investment Manager at Al Mal Investment Company, where he had a management role and over saw the execution of a number of feasibility studies, BOT Projects, Infrastructure, Utilities and direct investments. Rahimullah has previously worked in the capacity of Investment Manager at Noor Financial Investment Company and KPMG.
